The monarch butterfly’s bright orange and black coloring is more than just its identifiable exterior—it actually indicates to predators that the butterflies are inedible due to their diet of toxic milkweed. Sensitive to weather and climate, monarch butterflies migrate between 1,200 and 2,800 miles over the course of two months, spending the warm summer months in Canada and North America, then migrating to the forests of Central Mexico to hibernate for the winter. Due to a loss of habitat in forests, herbicide use, and climate change, the monarch butterfly is at risk.

Smells like a citrus-cream cloud - slightly zesty, subtly floral, gently warm and sweet. But not meek or fleeting - a lasting, refined fragrance. My absolute favorite everyday scent.

Unfortunately Disappointing

When I first spray it, I notice this flower/plant-like-note when I smell my skin closely. I think that was an amazing touch. It smells like actually sniffing a blossom upfront when you go walking--like a POV of a butterfly. Sadly, this disappears after 30 minutes to an hour later. The rest of the fragrance smells like someone who is standing next to you, and you could tell that they are only fragranced by the laundry detergent on their clothes. It's not a gross smell, but I personally hate that smell. I don't notice the clementine. I don't think marigolds are a smell for me. I wish the flower smell persisted longer.

Beautiful and fresh

this perfume is not only my all time favorite, but it lasts incredibly. the wear factor on this is off the charts. there’s such a balance between the florals and the light sweetness that makes you feel like you really are in a field of marigolds surrounded by summer air
